Vicious Circle (2002-present): a Progressive Metal band from Saint Paul, Minnesota, USA.

S

teve Cichon's tireless labors of writing, producing and performing his own material since the 1980s would come to fruition on his Vicious Circle album. The album received praise from the industry but remains as a one-off an indie release. Hard at times and soft at others it offered a varied range of audio experiences.

Footnote: Not to be confused with the German band of the same name or the band from Chicago or that from New Jersey or Toronto.
