D.A.M. (1985-1992, 2012-present): a Thrash Metal band from Morecambe, Lancashire, UK.

he long form of their name is 'Destruction and Mayhem' but the use the short hand version D.A.M. The first formation of the band, between 1985 & 1992, would see the release of Human Wreckage (1989) under the membership of Mark "Elly" Etherington (R.I.P. 2020; guitars (lead)), Andy Elliott (bass), John Bury (guitars (rhythm)), Jason McLoughlin (vocals) and Phil Bury (drums). Inside Out (1991) would follow featuring Dave Pugh along side Bury on guitars. The band reformed in 2012 under the original members Elliott, Bury, McLoughlin now with Brian Pugh (drums), while Johnathan Lamb (guitars) would join later in 2015.
