Rob Johnson

orn in 1971 in Columbus, Ohio, Rob would start playing guitar at age 12 by learning from experienced teachers in his area. Soon he would be writing original hard rock and Metal material with Yngwie J. Malmsteen, Steve Vai, Jason Becker, Paul Gilbert, Ronnie Le Tekro, etc.

By the age of 18 he was playing gigs and became a guitar instructor himself and would soon be involved in the band Magnitude 9 with the CD's, Chaos To Control (1988) and Reality In Focus (2001). As a soloist he has thus far released three CDs, Rob Johnson, Peripheral and guitarchitecture.
