eaning more in the direction of grunge, all female stoner metal act Bottom featuring Sina (guitar/vocals), Nila (bass) and Clementine (drums/backing vocals) made a big splash with their debut Made in Voyage (1999) and Feels So Good When You're Gone (2001) featuring a sound occasionally reminiscent of the likes of Fu Manchu but more often leaning towards heavy grunge. The band kept a rather low profile after that, eventually releasing you'rNext (2004), reportedly a much more experimental album. By 2005 the band had transformed, no longer an all-female band, with the rhythm section of Nila and Clementine departing and guitarist/vocalist Sila recruiting new members in the form of Kevin Harding (bass) and Kevin Swartz (drums) for the EP MMXII (2012) and Hug Myself ... All The Time (2014).
