nder the guidance of Dustin Mitchell (bass), Matt Suiter (drums), Ryan Taylor (guitars), Curtis Morrell (guitars) and Lynn Allers (vocals), Katagory V would release Present Day (2001). The follow-up, A New Breed of Rebellion (2004) saw Trevor Asire take the second guitar slot. The Rising Anger (2006) and Hymns of Dissension (2007) saw that guitar slot replaced again, this time with Marc Hanson (guitars), while Resurrect the Insurgence (2015) would feature Albert Rybka (vocals (lead)/vocals (backing)), Matthew "Bizzaro" Lefevre (drums) and Kris Krompel (guitars). The act split in 2014 when founder Dustin Mitchell retired from the music business. They officially reformed in July, 2023 with the Mitchell, Suiter, Morrell and Rybka line-up now with Dan Coxey (guitars).

Awaken a New Age of Chaos arrived in 2025 to feature a large membership change with Matt Suiter (drums), Curtis Morrell (guitars) and Dan Coxey (guitars).
