TT QuickBIOGRAPHYTT Quick (1979-1988, 1989-1992, 2000, 2007, 2013-present): a Heavy Metal band from Osbornville, New Jersey, USA. S tarting in 1979 and going through several incarnations, TT Quick (the "TT" in the band's name stands for "Thrown Together") would become a popular club band in the New York area long been known for their anthemic heavy metal with flashy guitar work. Debuting in 1984 with a self-titled EP, TT Quick would feature the line-up of Walt Fortune (bass), Dave DiPietro (guitars), Glenn Evans (drums) and Mark Tornillo (vocals). Metal of Honor, the 1986 follow up, saw Erik Ferro (R.I.P. 2023) take drums. After the second release, the band stalled popularity-wise, disbanding in 1987. The act would reform in 1989 to release Sloppy Seconds but by 1992 had split again only to reform, yet again, in 2000 to release Ink but split again right after. After another attempt at reforming in 2007, they would finally get it back together again in 2013 to a couple of compilations the year before. Erik Ferro would die in 2023.
