Sacrilege B.C. (1986-1991): a Thrash Metal band from Berkeley, California, USA.

ormerly starting out in 1984 under the name Sacrilege before changing their name in 1986 to avoid confusion with UK's Sacrilege after being signed to 'Alchemy Records', Sacrilege would draw influences from their neighbors in the Bay Area to release their debut, Party with God (1986) under the membership of Strephon Llewllyn Taylor (vocals), Colin Sean Smithson (bass), Tim Howell (guitars), Matt Fillmore (drums) and Gary Wendt (of-The Ghost Next Door; guitars).

Too Cool to Pray, the 1988 follow-up, would see Todd Newton take bass. The act split in 1991.

Their final recording, a 1990 demo, wasn't released until being included on the 2011 reissue of Too Cool to Pray.
