Dead EmperorsBIOGRAPHY Dead Emperors (2014-2022): a Stoner Metal band from Iowa City, Iowa, USA. W ith Matthew Larson (vocals/bass/guitars (additional)), Eric Dirks (drums) and Evan Chadwick (guitars), Dead Emperors would release aself-titled EP in 2016, followed by the Ancients EP in 2018. The debut full length, The Beast (2019), would see a line-up change in the form of Claire Thoele taking bass and vocals. In 2022 the act would reform as Driftless Witches.
