loyd Grant founded Defcon just after he left/got kicked out of Metallica. Two demos were subsequently recorded in 1985 and 1989 respectively featuring Doug Clawson (drums), Lloyd Grand (ex-Metallica; guitar), Steve Hallas (bass), Patrick Scott (guitar) and Steve Williams (vocals); David Milstrap and George Muzzy were reportedly in this act as well. After 5 years, however, the act failed to perform and disappeared into the halls of time.
