Betrayer (2001-present) is a Thrash Metal band from Belo Horizonte, Brazil.


K, these guys only released one album Battles for the Unknown in 2003 with the membership of Renato (Bass), Omar Cardoso (Drums), Eder (Guitars) and Lêxa (Vocals) before changing their name to Escarpus in 2004 to release Fear (2004) whereby Cardoso was gone, as was Renato who was replaced by Luiz Gustavo (Bass); the replacement drummer is unknown.
