Lowbrow (1999-2009): a Death Metal band from Brandon, Florida, USA.

D

eath metal band Lowbrow, would feature several veterans of the Florida death metal and thrash metal scene. Featuring typical Floridian death metal, their style was comparable to the other bands of the area but not good enough to be considered one of the best. Under the membership of Rich Hornberger (vocals), Allen West (ex-Six Feet Under (USA)/ex-Obituary; guitar), Ben Meyer (ex-Nasty Savage; guitar), Curt Beeson (ex-Nasty Savage/ex-Havoc Mass; drums) and Scott Carino (bass) they would release Victims At Play in 1999 and followed it up with Sex, Violence, Death (2001), featuring Carino replaced by Richard Bateman. The act would split in 2009.
