ObliveonBiographyObliveon (1987-2002, 2007-2008, 2014, 2019-present): a Thrash Metal band from Quebec, Canada. P laying creative and technical thrash metal in the style of early Sepultura, Obliveon with the membership of Stephane Picard (bass/vocals), Pierre Remillard (guitar), Martin Gagne (guitar) and Alain Demers (drums) came to be and released their debut From this Day Forward in 1990. Although they were as good as anyone else, they never managed to rise above cult status on any of their follow-ups, Nemesis (1993), Cybervoid (1996) that saw their only membership change with the addition of Bruno Bernier for full time vocal duties, Carnivore Mothermouth (1999) and their final set, a "best of..." compilation Greatest Pits (2002) that featured 12 of their best songs, along with MP3s and guitar tabs. The final release came after they broke up to pursue other interests in March of that year. The act has attempted several reformations since. Footnote: Not to be confused with the death metal band of the same name from California formed in 2007. Dashboard for Obliveon
