Dead Samaritan (2003-present): a Thrash Metal band from Tampere, Finland.

A

fter reforming from a stint as The Beauty of Dying between 2001-2003, Dead Samaritan released their debut full-length The Only Good Samaritan... (2012). The band had released two previous demos, but by this time the band consisted of Eero Virtanen (bass), Janne Honkanen (drums), Marko Saarinen (guitars), Matti Viholainen (guitars) and Valendis Suomalainen (vocals). After the split Five Ways to Die (2013) with Mourned by Flies, MMD, Ceaseless Torment and Morbid Roots, The Devil Tunes (2014) followed, along with the EPs Shadows (2019) and Come Plague upon Us (2021).
