Tantrum (1984-1986): a Power Metal band from Groveville, New Jersey, USA.

T

his band debuted in 1986 with the EP Trenton City Murders under the membership of Brian Mangini (bass), Nick Frascella (drums), Johnny Riccio (guitars) and Chuck Bird II (vocals) after previously releasing a demo in the form of Rock the World in 1984 with John Poper on vocals. The 1980s was a decade filled with new heavy metal bands all vying for their place on the pop charts but this act was not one who made it for they folded in late 1986 after one demo and an EP only.
