Requiem (2012-2022): a Thrash Metal band from Ararat, Victoria, Australia.

ot to be confused with Requiem from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia or Requiem from Seaford, Victoria, Australia or Requiem the black metal act from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia (pre-Black Bile), this Requiem would feature Gerard May (bass), Aaryn Dunks (drums), Angus McMillan (guitars/vocals) and Zacharie Dunks (guitars/vocals) to release their debut as an EP in 2015 as Damnation. Their follow-up, And the Earth Grew Dark (2018) featured half of the line-up changing to Jye Mathews now on guitars and Tom Hainsworth on bass. For their Shatter Brain / Requiem split with Shatter Brain in 2021, Aiden McEune had taken the lead guitar spot. The band split soon after.
