riginally opening shop under the name Shrunken Head, Vodoo Gods would release the Shrunken Head EP under the membership of Alex Voodoo (Real Name: Alex von Poschinger; drums), Jacek Hiro (ex-(Never/Thea/Corruption/Virgin Snatch/Decapitated (live)/Saratan (live)/Tormentor); guitars), Nergal (Real Name: Adam Michal Darski; vocals), Jean Baudin (bass), David Shankle (guitars (lead)), Seth van de Loo (ex-(Centurian/Nox/Infected Flesh/Severe Torture/Bloodsoaked (live)/Deicide (live); vocals) and Mike Browning (vocals/percussion). This release would be followed up with Anticipation for Blood Leveled in Darkness (2014) featuring George "Corpsegrinder" Fisher on vocals who would also be noted for his participation in Corpsegrinder, Paths of Possession and Serpentine Dominion while still a member of this band. Victor Smolski (ex-(Nuclear Blast Allstars/Lingua Mortis Orchestra/Rage/Inspector/Mike Terrana)) took lead guitars for The Divinity of Blood (2020).
