Slipknot (1980-1989): a Thrash Metal band from New Haven, Connecticut, USA.

N

ot to be confused with the better-known nu-metal/rock band Slipknot, the membership of Stiemy (Real Name: Jamie Brueller; bass/vocals), Chang (Real Name: Mike Martinez; drums) and F (Real Name: Scott Agostinelli; guitars) would release Slipknot EP (1989).

A track titled Some Friend was recorded during the sessions for the Slipknot EP, but didn't make it onto the recording. The track was eventually released on 'Revelation Records' 15th anniversary compilation Revelation 100.

After the band split, F and Stiemy went on to play in the hardcore outfit Malachi Krunch.
