Wristmeetrazor

tarting out as a solo project for Jonah Thorne (guitar) and taking its name from a Usurp Synapse song, Wristmeetrazor opened up shop in 2017. After recording an unnamed demo, Justin Fornof (bass) and Zach Wilbourn (drums) would join soon after. Influenced by the early 2000s style hardcore scene, the group would issue two EPs in the form of I Talk to God... and ...But the Sky is Empty digitally and through a variety of labels in 2017. The EPs were recorded separately, that is each member recorded their independently of the others due to their residency in different states using the internet to trade their associated components.

After recruiting new drummer Bryan Prosser, Wristmeetrazor band signed to 'Prosthetic Records' in 2018 for the release of their debut full-length Misery Never Forgets (2019) featuring artwork from Pg.99 vocalist Chris Taylor.
