Red Machete


Red Machete (1983-1990): a Heavy Metal band from Detroit, Michigan, USA.


he group would eventually fold to form Madhouse in 1990. Consisting of the membership Jamie Devoll (vocals), Wayne "The Rattler" King (bass), Doug Braun (guitars (lead)/vocals) and Carl "The Acid Man" Toth (R.I.P. 1988; drums/vocals), their self-titled album would be their only release in 1988; it was recorded before the death of Toth by a drunk driver. In 1989, the drum stool would be filled by Jeff Bills for the recording of Red Machete Part 2 which was never released.
