Jon Matheson

hanks partly to family connections to the local music business and his love of an old Stratocaster guitar he bought at age 16 while in Ontario he bought by saving his summer work money working at a hot dog factory, Jon Matheson was off onto a career in music. His father taught him the basics and in no time he was strumming away to Poison, Bon Jovi and Led Zeppelin to make his first public appearance at a talent show located at his high school that led to a tour of other schools raising awareness over substance abuse. After several more years and a full Maritime tour proper, he would end off releasing his debut self-titled album of soft-rock songs of life he would hire Livewire Management and High Notes Public to give him exposure as an independent.
