Biography/History

Weapon NL (2006-2013): a Death Metal band from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.

nown as Weapon until late 2012, when they were forced to change their name to Weapon NL due to an infringement claim by the Alberta band of the same name; this other Weapon also forced the UK act using the same name to change theirs. Featuring the line-up of Trevor Bolger (bass), Karl Stoeterau (drums), Allen Miller (guitars/vocals (lead)), Brad Perry (guitars) and Kevin Whittle (guitars) this version of Weapon would complete one album, The Forging (2008), before changing their name in 2012 and then reforming as Deadgaard in 2013.
