SlammerSlammer (1987-1991): a Thrash Metal band from Bradford, West Yorkshire, UK. S lammer was one of the first Brit-thrash bands to get signed by a major label. Featuring Paul Tunncliffe (vocals), Enzo Annecchini (guitar), Milo Zivanovic (guitar), Russel Burton (bass) and Andy Gagic (drums) they would release The Work of Idle Hands (1989) to fair reviews. The reviewers might have felt warm on the release but their label 'Warner' didn't enjoy the lack of sales and unceremoniously dropped them. The act was subsequently picked up by 'heavy metal Records' to release the follow up, Nightmare Scenario, in 1991. Once again the album sales failed to impress and the label dropped them. The band broke up soon after. Artist Dashboard:
