EjectedBiographyEjected (1981-1984): a Punk band from Dagenham, Essex, UK. E jected was started in late 1981 by ex-Dawn Patrol members Big Jim Brooks (vocals/guitar) and Gary Sandbrook (bass/vocals), along with drummer Paul Griffiths to sign to the 'Riot City' label. The act debuted that year on the not-so 'Secret' V/A compilation, Carry On Oi! with an EP of their own less than a year later titled, Have You Got 10p?. Coming a cross as a second rate Oi style punk, these releases did little to get them mainstream coverage with few shelling out even 10p to buy their recordings. Undaunted, the trio launched a second EP six months later, Noise For the Boys that was quickly followed up with a full album under the moniker A Touch of Class in 1983. With nationalistic numbers like Young Tribes of England, England Ain't Dead and Gang Warfare, the band was quickly summed up and then ignored by the more discerning music papers. The Ejected was finally ejected with their last effort, The Spirit of Rebellion, in 1984. Dashboard for Ejected
