Dogsflesh (1982-1985, 2005-present): a Punk band from Teesside, UK.
ogsflesh were originally formed in 1982, and after three years playing around the North East and Yorkshire, including supporting The Exploited, Discharge and GBH, the band decided to call it a day due to musical differences.
In January 2005 the main members of the band began practicing again after a 20 year gap and began touring the UK as headline act and also supporting bands such as The Anti Nowhere League, The Abrasive Wheels, Broken Bones, The Cockney Rejects and UK Subs, to name just a few. The 4 track EP, Bloody Road To Death, was re-released in May 2005 and that was followed up by a live album, Live At Wakefield, which was released in October 2005. The Threat Remains would be their 2006 release.
The act would also have the track, Mad Punx & Psycho Skins, released on the compilation album, 30 Years Of Decay released through 'Cultjam Records' in April 2006 featuring the line-up of John Mac (vocals), Rob (guitar), Tim (bass), and Richie (drums).
In 2007 their album, Vision Of Hell, was released on 'Rock Garden Music' in the UK. In 2008, Vision Of Hell was re-pressed and released in North America on Unrepentant Records.
In 2009, long serving front-man John McQuade stepped down but the band continued as a three piece with guitarist Rob Moore undertaking lead vocals, Revival Of Species would result the next year.

2015 saw changes for the band in line-up and musical direction. Steve Wingrove moved on to other projects. Two new members came into the group, Kev Bambra took over on drums and lead guitarist Anth 'Patti' Pattison took over on lead guitar. Critical Response (2016) would follow.
