Iron HorseBiographyIron Horse (1999-present): a Hard Rock band from USA. F ormed and fronted by veteran vocalist Ron Keel (who boasts a resume of 2 million albums sold with former bands Keel, Steeler (USA), Fair Game, The Rat'lers, Saber Tiger, and as a solo artist), Iron Horse would also showcase the talents of Gaetano Nicolosi (drums/percussion/vocals), Jay Rusnak (guitar/vocals), Geno Arce (bass/vocals), and Dean Lehman (keyboards/harmonica/percussion/vocals). Keel and Nicolosi met in Italy in 1999 and played together for six months there, entertaining Italian audiences, and the men and women of the US Armed Forces. They entered a recording studio to cut three songs (In My Wildest Dreams, The Show Must Go On, and Redneck rock N Roll), resulting in the birth of supergroup Iron Horse. Keel's longtime partner in crime and bassist Geno Arce soon after came on board. He and Keel had worked together in a previous band, and Arce's background in both rock & country would merge to create the cornerstone of the act. In the summer of 2000 they all relocated together to Plain City, Ohio, USA making a barn their H.Q. to travel from for rehearsing, playing gigs, and creating the songs and the sound that since became the Iron Horse trademark guitarist Jay Rusnak joined the band in 2002 choosing guitar parts that support and compliment the song, as well as being a songwriter and vocalist. New keyboardist Dean Lehman came on board in the summer of 2003 to make the Iron Horse sound complete to release their self-titled debut. Footnote: Do not confuse this band with the same named band from Germany who only released two demos or the Canadian act of the same name. Dashboard for Iron Horse
