100 Percent Proof

100 Percent Proof (1979-1981): a NWOBHM band from Stockport, UK.

he story of 100% Proof is basically one of those rock (actually more in the style of Christian rock) bands from the UK that boasted releases including New Way Of Livin' 7" single (1980), 100% Proff (1981) and Power and the Glory (1983). The band, featuring Steve Harrison (bass), Charlie Wilson (guitar/vocals), Phil Wright (drums) and Steve Wright (guitar/vocals), would disband shortly later.

Footnote: Because of issues of Internet URL encoding, Diskery has been forced to spell the name out entirely as '100 Percent Proof', the band actually uses the percent sign (%) as a part of the name and not the spelled-out version.
