tarted in 2003, Vanity Beach opened with the launch of their critically acclaimed debut independent CD, Nights Of The New under the membership of J (vocals), Marty (guitar), Post (bass), Juno (synthesizer ) and John Matrix (drums); the first printing of the CD sold out only within a couple of weeks of its release! Nights Of The New featured such fan favorites as Fight Through The Night, Girls On TV, and a collaboration with Canada's The Birthday Massacre. In 2006 the band was active again with a new album, Vengeance, being launched and a music video for the song Take Me To Tokyo filmed at Europa Studios in Stockholm, Sweden with Alex Frejrud.
