About Diskery

Often, and usually in press releases and announcements, you will hear us at Diskery announce that band ABC or a new genre or help item has been added to the 'Lexicon'. A 'lexicon' is defined in English as: "the vocabulary of a person, language, or branch of knowledge". In this case we use the last component of that "branch of knowledge" - the database itself, since it contains all the knowledge of Diskery.
