The Project Hate MCMXCIX (1998-present): a Death Metal band from Orebro, Sweden.
The project, also known as TPH, was the idea of Lord K. Philipson (Real Name: Kenth Philipson), who partnered up with vocalist Jörgen Sandstrom (bass; ex-Entombed, but also a former vocalist for death metal-ers Grave), Project Hate created a unique form of extreme death metal. With Philipson writing the lyrics and playing all instruments, Jörgen Sandström (ex-(Entombed, Grave, Krux; vocals/bass) and Mia Ståhl providing female vocals they would release, Cybersonic Superchrist (2000) and then When We Are Done Your Flesh Will Be Ours (2001).

On the live effort of Killing Helsinki (2002). Petter Freed and Magnus Johansson were added for guitar and bass respectively. Hate, Dominate, Congregate, Eliminate (2003) saw Jonna Enckell replaced Ståhl.

The style of The Hate Project is 'different', at it's best description. They feature a basic death metal skeleton with crunchy mid-paced guitars, keyboards with the drum machines adding a techno. Flavor, along with the melody of female vocals.

The act would then release Armageddon March Eternal - Symphonies of Slit Wrists (2005), In Hora Mortis Nostræ (2007), Deadmarch: Initiation of Blasphemy (2009; originally recorded in 1998), The Lustrate Process (2009), Bleeding the New Apocalypse (2011), The Cadaverous Retaliation Agenda (2013), There Is No Earth I Will Leave Unscorched (2014), Of Chaos And Carnal Pleasures (2017), Death Ritual Covenant (2018) and Purgatory (2020).

In 2014 the line-up would feature Lord K Philipson (guitar/bass/keyboards/programming/backing vocals), Jörgen Sandström (vocals), Ellinor Asp (female vocals), Dirk Verbeuren (drums) and Lasse Johansson (guitar solos).
