Rising Power (1983-1987): a Thrash Metal band from Long Island, New York, USA.
Although this act's real termination date is unknown but suspected to be around 1987, they only managed to release one album that came out, most likely eponymously called Power for the People (1995) featuring the membership of Angus Whittaker (bass), Mike Portnoy (drums) and Peter Best (guitars/vocals).
