Cutty Sark (1979-1987, 1998-1999): a Heavy Metal band from Bonn, Germany.
Under the sole direction of Conny Schmitt (vocals), Uwe Cossmann (guitar), Helge Meier (bass) and Micki Schmitt (drums), German act Cutty Sark would release three albums on the 'Mausoleum' label as Hard Rock Power EP (1984), Die Tonight (1984) and Heroes (1985). The albums boasted mid paced power metal in the classic '80's styles of Accept or Grave Digger. The reasons for their break up is unknown but is probably natural. After the 1985 album they vanished into history.

The band reunited in 1998 to release Regeneration under the original membership sans bassist Helge Meier, who was replaced by Torsten Pitz. But soon after, the band split-up again.
