Conquistador (2002-present): a NWOBHM band from Netherlands.
Heavy metal, mid-eighties style, that is how the music of the Dutch band Conquistador is often described, much in the style of Judas Priest or Iron Maiden.

Conquistador's history is short with their first CD demo A Four Months History (2002) under the membership of Wido de Klein (of Judas Priest pretend band Judas Triest; vocals), Tom Adams (guitars), Sebi Ringelberg (guitars), Pol Ramaer (bass) and Tom Heijnen (drums) to their name. Marcel Verheijdt assumed the bass position after the 2004 release of Unconscious Tales.
