David Neil ClineBIOGRAPHYDavid Neil Cline (2000-present): a Musician from Casco Township, Michigan, USA. D avid has been a veteran of the Detroit nightclub scene since the age of 15, and has taken his music seriously ever since. He owns his own publishing company, record label and recording studio. His first EP album, A Fit Of Rage (2000), was originally released on vinyl some year's previous; it would later be re-issued and re-mastered with one song dropped and two new ones added; this, after the original vinyl sold well in Japan and Europe. The music on this disc was compared to Iron Maiden and Black Sabbath. It featured guitar oriented heavy metal and hard rock music. Malefic Influence (2000), his second release, was originally recorded on cassette and vinyl and, like his first, was re-mastered onto CD. Because of the small pressing it would become a hard to find commodity among collectors who were getting as much as $50-100 each. Featuring heavy use of guitar and keyboard, the album formed a Yngwie J. Malmsteen/Deep Purple feel to it. The track Governmental Brainwash was also released on the compilation ZROCK Best Of Detroit Vol 1. A Matter Of Time (Track 8) also received fair airplay. A third disc was completed shortly after Malefic Influence called Thorough Scrutiny, but was not released until July of 2001. All of these discs were picked up by 'Diskery' for distribution.
