HerodBIOGRAPHYHerod (2000-present): a Thrash Metal band from Buffalo, New York, USA. T his Buffalo quintet came together in 2000, the members coming from several more hardcore-oriented bands but wishing to play a more metallic style. Under the debut membership of Mike Jeffers (drums), Jesse Benker (guitars), Nate Seibel (vocals),Joe Villella (bass) and Chuck Palisano (guitars), Herod would release Execution Protocol in 2002. For Whom the Gods Would Destroy (2004) saw the line-up change to feature Bryce March (guitars), Jeremy Partlow (bass) and Judah Nero (vocals). Rich Man's War, Poor Man's Fight (2006) saw yet another change in the form of Jason Russo (vocals (lead)), Matt Backlas (bass) and Greg DiPasquale (guitars). What followed was a couple of EPs in the form of The Curse of the King (2009) and Herod (2013). Jeremy Mazgaj (bass) and Andy Huefner (guitars) would now join the act.
