Despised IconBIOGRAPHY Despised Icon (2002-2010, 2014-present): a Death Metal band from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. D ebuting in 2002, Despised Icon presented themselves with Consumed by Your Poison under the management of Steve Marois (vocals), Éric Jarrin (guitars), Alexandre Erian (drums), Sebastien Piché (bass), Yannick St. Amand (guitars) and Marie-Hélène Landry (vocals), and followed it with the Syndicated Murderers EP in 2004, now with Alexandre Pelletier on drums. The Healing Process (2005) and The Ills of Modern Man (2007) followed before Day of Mourning (2009) saw another line-up change of Max Lavelle now on bass and songwriting: track 4, and Ben Landreville on guitars/vocals (backing)/songwriting (track 4).
