t's been quite a road for vocalist Karyn Crisis. She burst onto the metal scene in the mid nineties with Crisis, a band that seemed poised for long-term success but sputtered after a couple of albums. Post-Crisis, she spent a good deal of time away from the scene, and then appeared in Ephel Duath during that band's final days, marrying guitarist Davide Tiso in the process. Finally she's back with her latest project Gospel Of The Witches, and while husband Davide is here, along with a few other guest metal veterans in the form of Ross Dolan (bass/backing vocals (Immolation), Charlie Schmid (ex-Tombs; drums) and Bob Vigna (guitars), make no mistake the recordings of Salem's Wounds (2015) and Covenant (2019), this is vocalist Karyn Crisis' showcase.
