rutal death/grind from Chicago is the order of the day with Gorgasm under the membership of Tom Tangalos (guitars/vocals), Russ Powell (bass/vocals), Damian Leski (guitars/vocals/keyboards) and former Fleshgrind drummer Derek Hoffman on their debut EP, Stabwound Intercourse (1998), who would be gone by the time the first full-length, Bleeding Profusely (2001), would arrive.

Masticate to Dominate (2003) would see the drum seat filled again, this time with Terrence Manauis, while bass would be taken by Paul Garcia.

By 2011 the band had broken up and reformed to feature a whole new line-up in the form of Leski now with Ryan Saylor (guitars), Anthony Voight (bass/vocals) and Kyle Christman (drums) on Orgy of Murder (2011) and Destined to Violate (2014).

The Sadichist EP (2024) saw another line-up swap to feature Leski now with Matt Kilner (drums), John Hull (vocals/bass) and Alexander Krzeszewski (guitars/vocals).
