he Norwegian trio Communic came together in 2003, featuring two-thirds of its membership from Scariot, that being drummer Tor Atle Andersen and guitarist/vocalist Oddleif Stensland along with bassist Erik Mortensen. Stensland and Mortensen would also be members of the defunct act Ingermanland. As Communic, they would debut in 2005 with Conspiracy in Mind, followed by Waves of Visual Decay (2006), Payment of Existence (2008), The Bottom Deep (2011), Where Echoes Gather (2017) and Hiding from the World (2020).
