Job for a CowboyBIOGRAPHYJob for a Cowboy (2003-present): a Death Metal band from Glendale, Arizona, USA. J ob for a Cowboy started as a deathcore group with the membership of vocalist Jonny Davy, guitarists Ravi Bhadriraju and Andrew Arcurio, bassist Chad Staples, and drummer Andy Rysdam in December 2003, all aged 15 & 16 at the time. They changed their style to death metal with the release of their first full-length album Genesis in 2007 under the newly modified line-up of Davy and Bhadriraju now alongside Bobby Thompson (guitars), Brent Riggs (bass) and Elliott Sellers (drums). On subsequent albums, Job for a Cowboy shifted towards a more technical and progressive style of death metal, starting with the follow-ups Ruination (2009), Demonocracy (2012) and Sun Eater (2014) featuring Davy with Alan Glassman (guitars), Nick Schendzielos (bass), Tony Sannicandro (guitars), as well as Jon "The Charn" Rice on drums who would be gone by the time Moon Healer was released in 2024. ** This article is also available on our official app.
