ith Jozef Košč (guitars), Martin Kukoľ (bass), Marek Stašák (drums), Dano Kochaník (guitars) and Martin Marinčák (vocals), Perversitylaunched themselves with In the Garment of Lust in 2003 and Words like Poison the next year.

Beyond the Reach of Heaven (2008), their third effort, saw the lne-up change to feature Martin Horgoš (drums), Juraj Handzuš (vocals) and Robert Vanya (guitars). The line-up changed again on Ablaze (2011) to favor Slavomír Kovaľ (bass) and Marian Petrík (guitars).

Peter Jakubík took drums on the Infamy Divine EP (2014). Idolatry (2017) would follow with more changes in the form of Martin Calko (guitars/vocals (backing: tracks 4, 7, 8, 9, 10) and Peter Očipa (bass).

Spiritual Negation (2024) saw the credits on the members use initials only and now swapping in RS (Real Name: Radoslav Smrek) on bass, and MB (Real Name: Marek Baran) on drums.
