Firespawn

ormed in 2016 and briefly going by the name of Fireborn, Firespawn would feature several guys with major pedigrees in the Swedish death metal scene, most notably Entombed vocalist LG Petrov.

Debuting with Shadow Realms (2015) under the membership of A. Impaler (Real Name: Alexander Karl Ragnar Friberg; bass/lyrics: tracks 1, 3, 4, 6, 8-10), Matte Modin (of-Defleshed; drums), Victor Brandt (guitars/songwriting/lyrics: tracks 2, 6, 7, 11), Fredrik Folkare (guitars/songwriting: track 5) and Lars-Göran Petrov (R.I.P. 2021 of rare bile duct cancer; vocals), Firespawn would follow-up with The Reprobate (2017) and Abominate (2019). The band split in 2022.
