Exhorder

t has been claimed that Exhorder invented the sort of angry, 90's post-thrash metal often attributed to Pantera. It's not really clear who was first but the resemblance between the two can be remarkable at times.

Exhorder would debut with Slaughter in the Vatican (1990) under the membership of Kyle Thomas (vocals), Vinnie LaBella (guitars/bass), Jay Ceravolo (guitars/bass) and Chris Nail (drums). The Law followed in 1992 to feature Frankie Sparcello (R.I.P. 2011; bass: track 4).

Mourn the Southern Skies (2019) saw the first major line-up change of Marzi Montazeri (guitars), Jason Viebrooks (bass/songwriting: track 7) and Sasha Horn (drums). Defectum Omnium (2024) saw Pat O'Brien (guitars (lead: tracks 1-5, 7-9, 11).
