ermany's Disbelief has been around for awhile, releasing a quartet of demos in the nineties before debuting in 1997 with a self-titled effort under the membership of Jochen Trunk (bass), Karsten Jäger (vocals), Kai Bergerin (drums), Olly Lenz (guitars) and Tommy Fritsch (guitars). Infected (1998) followed.

Worst Enemy (2001), Shine (2002), Spreading the Rage (2003), 66Sick (2005) and Navigator (2007) saw the first change of membership with Jan-Dirk Löffler taking guitars to accompany Lenz.

The guitar slots were both vacated with only one filled by Witali Weber (guitars) for Protected Hell. The Heal! EP (2010) came before the next line-up change with the drums and all guitar slots swapped for David "Dave" Renner (guitars), Fabian "Fab" Regmann (drums) and Alexander "Alex" Hagenauer (guitars) on The Symbol of
