PhantomBIOGRAPHY Phantom (1985-1994, 2016-present): a Power Metal band from New York, New York, USA. R eleasing Dead or Alive (1987) under the membership of Falcon Eddie (vocals), Neil C.J. Santell (guitars), Chris Romanelli (Plasmatics/Wendy O. Williams; bass) and Michael Gandia (R.I.P. 2022; drums), Phantom would follow-up with the self-titled Phantom (1991) with the membership change featuring Charley Buckland (bass) and John Bellon (drums). Cyberchrist (1993) came next with Fate Taylor (guitars), Tony Borsellega (drums) and Anthony Bramante (guitars).
