BIOGRAPHY

Goddess of Desire (1995-2009): a Heavy Metal band from Bergen, Netherlands.

ith the membership of Count August (Real Name: Harm Noort; vocals/bass), Emperor Mark (Real Name: Mark de Ruiter; drums) and Grev Drake (Real Name: Bart Eeltink; guitars/vocals), Goddess of Desire would debut with Let Us Win This War (1996) and Symbol of Triumph (1998).

Conquerors Divine (2002) saw a major line-up change with Lord Arydon (Real Name: Niels Donninger; guitars/vocals) and Der Knüppelmeister (Real Name: Maarten Luijsterburg; R.I.P. 2006 of suicide; drums), along with two guest 'performers', Delilah and Lilith. The drum position would swap hands again, this time for The Bastard (Real Name: Sebastien du Chatinier) on the final full-length recording, Awaken Pagan Gods (2005). After two splits, the band split itself on 21 November 2009.
