Elegant Weapons

merging as the second Judas Priest offshoot to appear in the 2020's, Elegant Weapons follows KK's Priest as the first but now pairing Judas Priest guitarist (and, ironically, K.K. Downing's ouster) Richie Faulkner (guitars/songwriting) with Rainbow frontman Ronnie Romero (vocals) and, temporarily, two other heavy metal veterans in fellow Judas Priest drummer Scott Travis and Pantera bassist Rex Brown, which briefly put this band in the supergroup category. A debut album, Horns for a Halo, was quickly released in 2023. Although listed as from UK this band is actually international with its membership from UK, USA, and Romania.
