Kampfar

ebuting with a self-titled EP in 1996, Kampfar would start as a two-team effort under the power of Dolk (Real Name: Per-Joar Spydevold; vocals/drums) and Thomas Andreassen (guitars/bass). Following up with Mellom skogkledde aaser (1997), the next EP would follow in the form of Norse (1998). Fra underverdenen (1999) and Kvass (2006) came next with the second seeing the band expand into a four-piece by adding Ask (Full Name: Ask Ty Ulvhedin Bergli Arctander; ex-Hades Almighty) to take drums and vocals to free up Thomas to handle guitars and now piano. Jon (Full Name: Jon-Fredrik Bakker; bass) then joined.

Heimgang (2008), Mare (2011) followed, before Ole Hartvigsen joined on guitars/keyboards for Djevelmakt (2014), Profan (2015), Ofidians manifest (2019) and Read All... ⏬
