FlamesBIOGRAPHYFlames (1984-present): a Speed Metal band from Athens, Greece. F orming in 1984 and releasing their debut, Made in Hell the following year, Flames would start off with Chris "R.B." Lee (guitars/vocals (backing)), Nigel "Earring" Foxxe (guitars/vocals) and Ted "Teddybear" Pope (bass) at the helm. The follow-ups Merciless Slaughter (1986) and the EP Live in the Slaughterhouse (1987), featured Gus "Creep" Collins (drums) and Andy "B.L." Kirk (bass). Summon the Dead (1988), Last Prophecy (1989) with George "Skinbeater" Adrian (drums), Alex Ossek (vocals) and Athan Skitsos guitars) followed before Thomas Trampouras took guitars and vocals for Nomen Illi Mors (1991). Another line-up change of sorts would occur with In Agony Rise (1996) featuring Flo Gebhard on vocals, Tassos Spiliotopoulos on guitars, and Angelos Asimakopoulos taking drums. Once again the drum seat changed with Nick "Yngve" Samios taking them for Resurgence (2022) and the Rehearsal 2022 EP (2022).
