Hades Almighty

or the first part of their existence Hades Almighty was named Hades but changed their name in 1998 after the American band of the same name reformed. Under their original moniker they would release Again Shall Be (1994) and The Dawn of the Dying Sun (1997) respectively under the membership of Stig Hagenes (guitars: track 5), Remi Andersen (drums/percussion), Janto Garmanslund (vocals/bass/keyboards) and Jørn Inge Tunsberg (guitars/keyboards).

After the name change, Millenium Nocturne would emerge in 1999. The follow-up, The Pulse of Decay (2001), would see the band reduced to a three-piece sans Hagenes. Ask Ty (Full Name: Ask Ty Ulvhedin Bergli Arctander) would assume vocals for the Pyre Era, Black! EP in 2015.
