BraindanceBIOGRAPHY Braindance (1994-present): a Progressive Metal band from New York, New York, USA. O nce described as "cinematic-neuromantic progressive new age gothic metal fusion", but more recently promoting themselves as "progressive darkwave", Braindance is a progressive metal band, but don't sound cookie cutter like other progressive metal bands by featuring a darkness to their sound. Featuring the membership of Sebastian Elliot (vocals), Vora Vor (guitars/backing vocals), Eiki Matsumoto (bass) and Notorious (drums/backing vocals), Braindance would debut with the Shadows EP in 1994. Robynne Naylor would be added on keyboards/violin for the follow-up Fear Itself (1995). Redemption would follow in 2001 featuring Andrew Bunk on bass and without Notorious.
